Shipping

Timeline. Production 2 to 5 business days. US shipping 3 to 5 business days after that. Most orders arrive within two weeks; you get a tracking email the moment it ships.

US rates. $4.95 for tees and long sleeves, $8.79 for hoodies, shown at checkout. A mixed order pays both, because hoodies ship from a different facility.

International. We ship worldwide. Rates show at checkout. Delivery is usually 1 to 3 weeks. Duties and import taxes, where they apply, are charged by your country on delivery and are not included in our prices.

Address changes. Reply to your order confirmation within a few hours and we can update the address before the order prints. Once it is in production we cannot change it.

Returns

Every piece is made for the person who ordered it, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color or change of mind. Measurements and a fit guide are on every product page; if you are unsure, email before you order and we will give you a straight answer.

Damaged, misprinted or wrong item. Email your order number and two photos within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it at no charge, or refund it if a replacement is not possible. You do not need to send the original back.

Cancellations. Email right away. If the order has not entered production we cancel it for a full refund; once it is in production it cannot be stopped. Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Lost in transit. If tracking stalls or the package has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, email us within 30 days of that date and we will replace or refund.
